Broadway Automotive is a 5 star shop. The staff is amazing to work with and just great people. Our van started to misfire a few miles out of Hay's on our trip from Alberta Canada to Oklahoma city. Five stars for this place. Car blew water pump just 4 hours into a 10 hour trip and this was the first place we called and they said they had time to look at it immediately. The mechanics were so friendly and helpful. The fix took only about 3 hours but we had to leave my car there to make it to our destination in time and they were completely fine keeping it with no fee for only 4 days. There is a fee after 7 however. I was very happy with the service, the availability and the speed they were able to get this done. Would absolutely trust them with my car again.

We want to thank the wonderful people of Broadway Automotive for their service and care they gave us concerning our Honda Civic that blew an axle while we were driving through Hays...a completely unexpected repair when we're were trying to get out to visit our daughter in AR. Besides quickly diagnosing the problem, they personally drove us to the car rental company, kept our car for a few extra days while we were out of state, and even helped out after-hours to be sure we were squared away as we came back through town on our way back to UT. The service and repair were fantastic, the price was honest and fair. Wonderful people, fast and proper service. I hate that it took me so long to leave these good people a review, I've been meaning to for quite some time. I had a check engine light come on about 50 miles east of Hays. Stopped in here and they diagnosed the problem, retrieved the only remaining part in town (by driving over to the warehouse themselves), replaced the part, and had me back on the road in less than 4 hours. Not to mention they replaced my spark plugs while they were in there, at my request. I appreciate these folks more than anything. In my home town of Atlanta, this kind of service and follow through are impossible to find. Thank you to the family that runs this place very much. Can't stress how wonderful we were treated by Broadway Automotive. We were passing through Hays back to Colorado and the alternator was going out. We called around and everyone in town recommended this shop as they are very fair and a father/son shop. When we arrived they were quick to answer our questions and get parts ordered as we were in a hurry to get home. They promised they would try and squeeze us in and get the work done by noon the next day, which they did without fail. The prices were very reasonable and they were very kind and understanding of our situation. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone local or traveling who finds themself in a bind. This shop saved me and my trip! Driving down I-70 the car started driving weird and then the check engine light came on. Being a Sunday night I got the car to a repair shop in Hayes that had "Foreign Repair" in their name and assumed being a Volvo, they would be a good fit. The owner call be first thing Monday and said by "foreign' he meant only "asian" cars and good luck getting anyone in Hayes to work on a Volvo. Looking on Yelp, I found Broadway Automotive, I called and the owner said he would look at it see what he could do. Long story short, by noon I was on way again and under the estimate. I made it to my destination 6 hours later with no more issues. They did say that one of the codes showed that there might be an issue with turbo ($$), but said the bad sensor they replaced might have caused that issue also. So far they are right. Great place, great people to deal with, thanks again.

After breaking down on a cross-country drive New Year's Eve, I was forced to find a hotel for the night. Broadway Automotive was the only mechanic in the area that answered my call (I later found out they opened up just for me) on New Year's Day. They helped me find a tow and quickly found the cause of my issue. We had to wait a day for parts, due to the holiday, but Todd at Broadway took me to a hotel and assured me that he'd have my car back on the road on January 2nd. True to his word, he had my car up and running within a few hours of getting the parts, and I could not be happier. I am extremely grateful to Todd and Broadway for going out of their way to help me in my time of need, and highly recommend their services as a result!

Front suspension started squeaking on day 2 of a huge road trip. Brought my car in for diagnosis and not only did Jeremy find the fault flawlessly, he did so in probably 2 minutes. Moving across the country when my 1995 Ford F-150 broke down. I broke the rear axle. After reading the high reviews I took a chance and had my vehicle towed to Broadway Automotive. I am extremely pleased with the repair, price and customer service provided. The owner fit me in quickly before the July 4th holiday weekend, took apart the truck to show me exactly what the problem was, then gave me a fair priced estimate. After given the go ahead, he had the truck repaired in a day and we were on our way. I know a little bit about auto mechanics and I can telly you Broadway Automotive is an outstanding shop with professional mechanics who still believe in excellent customer service. My only regret is Broadway Automotive is not located in my home town!

My radiator split open driving across Kansas. These guys were the only shop in town still open, they checked out and diagnosed my car with a quickness, ordered the part while I searched for a CouchSurfer to let me crash for the night, offered to give me a lift if I needed it, and gave me a call when the radiator was replaced and the oil changed before noon the next day. Suuuuper helpful guys that helped me get back on the road as quickly as possible. There was also a thing where there were two possible radiators that would work with my make/model. They went ahead and ordered both, knowing they'd be able to discern which was the better one to use once they arrived. That kind of "better safe than sorry" attitude--- caring that they got the correct part instead of me potentially having to wait another day for the order--- that's awesome.
